They were very responsive to turning quotes and answers around quickly, and online (very modern for a contractor!). They even went the extra mile and installed some insulation around the bottom of the floating walls to provide extra fire blocking. They were super courteous and professional throughout the entire process - including cleaning up completely when the job was done.
